The first time I attended a presentation of the FAMI technique, I was deeply impressed by its elegance, logic, and most of all by the results.  Being familiar with results of standard face/brow lifts, blepharoplasty, and fat injections and their potential complications, I knew that FAMI could accomplish what no other technique could: a natural-looking restoration of more youthful volumes in a safe and more reliable way.  To be sure, many times only a surgical lifting/excisional procedure will give the improvement in appearance that is desired, but for those people whose primary aging change is a loss of volume and some subsequent sagging, FAMI is the procedure of choice.
