For many, aging is a loss, or deflation, of the youthful volumes associated with youth. Any procedure that merely pulls the tissue tighter, in this instance, does not give a truly youthful appearance. The FAMI technique replaces those volumes using the person's underlying anatomy as the template to replace those volumes with ones own fat, accomplishing what incisional surgery cannot do.
