Doctor Donald Munro Fox was trained in FAMI by the founder of the FAMI technique Dr Roger Amar, who is based in Marbella on the Costa Del Sol.

The Amar Charitable Foundation is based in Marbella, Spain and is registered both in Europe and the United States. 

Founded in 2008, it is dedicated to dissemination of the FAMI technique, the development of reconstructive aspects of the technique, and funding of adult stem cell research.

Ten percent of cosmetic revenues are contributed by member surgeons towards funding in addition to outside sources.

Contributions are tax deductable in accordance with IRS guidlines.
